Shiprocket consolidates its e-commerce tools into one AI platform called Fastrr

Shiprocket has launched Fastrr, bringing its pre-order commerce capabilities together into a single AI-native checkout platform aimed at improving customer conversion for online brands.

Shiprocket on Thursday launched Fastrr, an AI-powered checkout platform designed to reduce friction and improve conversion rates for online brands operating in India’s e-commerce space. Described as an AI-native pre-order suite, Fastrr consolidates Shiprocket’s existing pre-order commerce stack into a single intelligent platform.

The company says the move addresses a growing challenge for online sellers: as brands increasingly rely on multiple point solutions to manage the pre-order customer journey, their technology stacks have become fragmented and operationally complex, often resulting in disconnected customer experiences and inefficiencies. Fastrr brings Shiprocket’s proven capabilities across the entire pre-order journey into one AI-native suite, helping brands acquire, understand and convert customer intent through AI-powered experiences.

Saahil Goel, MD & CEO of Shiprocket, tied the launch to a broader shift he sees in Indian business. “We are at the point where AI is becoming table stakes for every Indian business.
