GTU Sem 6 and BCA Sem 3 Results Are Out — the Recheck Window Closes in Just 3 Days

Students waiting on their Gujarat Technological University (GTU) results have a tight deadline ahead. The university declared both the DIPL Semester 6 Regular result and the BCA Semester 3 Remedial result on 10 July 2026, and anyone wanting a recheck has only until 13 July 2026 to apply — a three-day window from the declaration date.

Both results belong to the May 2026 examination session: the DIPL Semester 6 Regular result covers final-year Diploma students at GTU’s affiliated colleges, while the BCA Semester 3 Remedial result is for BCA students who sat a backlog paper to clear an earlier pending subject.

To check either result, students visit gturesults.in or gtu.ac.in and enter their enrollment number and seat number. The portal then shows subject-wise marks, SPI, CGPA and overall pass or fail status for that semester.

GTU has flagged the online version as provisional only — the institute where the student is enrolled will issue the actual signed marksheet at a later date. Students are advised to save the online result immediately and double-check their personal details for errors.

For those choosing to apply for a recheck or reassessment before the 13 July cutoff, the process runs through gturesults.in’s RecheckLogin.aspx page, is generally restricted to theory papers, and involves a fee per subject. GTU has been clear that recheck marks — once issued — are final and binding, even if they come back lower than the original score.

The minimum passing mark at GTU is 35 percent per subject across internal and external components combined, and the university converts CGPA to percentage using the formula (CGPA minus 0.5) multiplied by 10.
